Description

This development workshop engages in discussion around leadership competencies that result in inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces. These abilities can be integrated into performance management, new people manager onboarding and training, and fortifying senior leadership teams.

Our objective is to prepare leaders to embrace the future of the workforce (workforce 2.0). To accomplish this, we focus on being more inclusive and emotionally intelligent by understanding the value of empathy & vulnerability. By building and leading a high performing team, we hope to build a workforce culture that can sustain in the future.
