Description
Learn the power of organic energy cleansing with meditation and journaling. Sage sticks are used in ancient traditions to cleanse space and aura. This session includes small sage stick and crystals to hold and use as props in meditation. We'll end with a 20-minute meditation with thoughtful journaling.
